(نَعَثَ) الشيءَ -َ نَعْثًا: أَخذه وتناوَلَهُ.
(أَنْعَثَ) في ماله: أَسرفَ. و- فلانٌ أَخذ في الجهاز للمسير. ويقال: هم في إنْعَاثٍ: جِدٍّ ودأَب.
